Mark is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in scaling services and technology businesses. His background spans both professional services and SaaS environments, with a strong track record of supporting management buyouts and scale-up growth in the data security and compliance sectors.
Before joining Gungho in October 2025, Mark held senior finance roles in a range of scale-up and founder-led organisations, including a tech-enabled professional services business in the built environment industry. His expertise combines strategic financial leadership with a deep understanding of operational delivery, making him a valuable contributor to Gungho’s continued growth and success.
Outside of work, Mark loves live music and challenging himself. Having completed the London Classics and an Ironman 70.3 he now looks for new challenges, most recently completing the 3 Peaks!
