Rachel joined as our HR Director in 2021. With over 20 years’ HR experience within both SME and large corporate organisations, Rachel is responsible for making sure our people are looked after and happy at work. Rachel is highly skilled in her field as well as a pragmatic people-person. The ideal mix! Originally from Dorchester, Rachel studied Human Resource Management at Southampton before moving to London to start her career.
Rachel now lives in locally with her husband, son and beautiful fox red Labrador, Maggie.
